Sundaes sind ein sehr bekanntes Dessert in Chicago. Sie haben mich dazu inspiriert, eine rustikale, rebellische und trotzdem luxuriöse Interpretation mit Mona Lisa's Tulip Cups zu erschaffen.
Zubereitung
  • Stellen Sie goldene Macarons her: Tunken Sie diese zur Hälfte in dunkle Schokolade und sofort in Dekorationen Ihrer Wahl. Lassen Sie das Ganze kurz auf Pergamentpapier anziehen.
  • Portionieren Sie Eiscreme Ihrer Wahl in die Marbled Chocolate Tulip Cups.
  • Verwenden Sie Schokoladensauce und Marzipan Crunch als Topping.
  • Dekorieren Sie das Ganze zum Schluss mit dem Macaron und einem Chocolate Pencil Ihrer Wahl.
