We often associate metallic colours with things like jewelry, cars, or metal fixtures. However, gold, silver, and bronze are the ultimate colours to give your desserts, confectionary and chocolate creations an instant feel of elegance.

The grid is everywhere in Paris. In the Louvre. In the texture of the Eiffel Tower. In the glass roof of Les Tuileries. So I wanted to pay tribute to it, while giving it a raw edge.
