How to create

Prepare a red colored cocoa butter mix using Power Flowers™ Red.
Store the cups in the blast freezer for 15 minutes. Spray Dark Chocolate Rectangle Cups with the cocoa butter mix to create a red, velvet effect.
Fill with beetroot flavored chocolate sponge and crème chantilly.
Finish with Snowy Santa Assortment decorations.
