We are approaching Easter, one of the most productive and creative times of the year for pastry chefs. Our Chocovic ambassadors Raúl Bernal and Lluís Costa present their new collections for this year.

Raúl Bernal

True to his unmistakable style, Raúl Bernal has created a new collection of Easter eggs made up of four fun animal figures. Seemingly simple pieces that hide a great work of precision and technical perfection.

Although at this time the chocolate Monas attract all eyes in the shop windows of the pastry shops due to their greater showiness, this year Lluís Costa also wanted to give value to the other typical Easter specialties, such as brioches and other sweet breads. Our ambassador has updated these traditional pastries with new flavors, textures, colors and finishes.

Albert Daví

If we can be sure about anything, it's that these pieces by our chef Albert Daví for this Easter won't be leaving anyone out in the cold. Inspired by Polar wildlife, Albert created an elegant collection of minimalist and geometric chocolate figures.
