INGREDIENTS

DECORATIONS

• 150 g Oat milk

• Coconut shavings

• 50 g Coconut cream

• Mona Lisa® Dark chocolate Blossoms

• 25 g Passion fruit puree

• Coconut flakes

• 30 g Van Houten Santo Domingo

Place all ingredients into a blend for 20 seconds.  Optional is to add whipped cream on the top before adding the decorations.

200 g Coconut Milk Whipped cream

Place all in a jug and steam to 70°c
