    Jalapeño

    Van Houten Ground Dark Chocolate ganache
  • 4cl
    Xtabentún
  • 4cl
    Cabosse juice
  • 1piece(s)
    Giant ice rock

Preparation: 

Step 1: Smash the jalapeño. And place into a mixing glass.

Step 2: Add the Xtabentùn and the cabosse juice.

Step 3: Stir.

Step 4: Double filtrate on a giant ice rock.

Step 5: Serve in a traditional terracotta bowl.

Step 6: Serve with potato crisps dipped in Van Houten Ground Dark Chocolate ganache.
