Turrones are the star products each Christmas season. This year, in Chocovic we opt again for this traditional pastry preparation for our Christmas Kit, offering to our chocolate masters everything necessary to elaborate 4 original recipes that will not leave any artisan or consumer indifferent.
Enric Monzonis, our Technical Advisor, has led this ambitious project that combines the tradition of turrones with a very innovative modular design: 4 different turrones that can be combined to create different patterns and figures.
4 recipes, an endless number of possibilities
In this kit, our customers will find 8 moulds, 4 different templates for decoration, a small folder with some ideas on how to present the turrones and the 4 recipes: turron of fried almonds, apricot and pistachio, turron of jijona praline, turron of milk couverturee, cocoa, black tea and nibs and turron of passion fruit, mint and ginger.
With the ‘Modular’ Christmas Kit we want to provide the needed tools to artisans to stimulate their creativity and boost their business, offering to their customers fresh and delicious proposals to celebrate the season.
