Pisco Sour
- 40 ml Kiukiu
- 60 ml pisco
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 20 seconds. Remove the ice, then shake for 10 seconds without ice. Enjoy your drink in a cocktail bowl!
Kiukiu & Tonic
- 50 ml Kiukiu
- Top Tonic
Pour Kiukiu into a highball glass with ice and fill up with tonic.
Garnish: orange zest

Just like an orange or an apple, the cacaofruit contains a fresh and juicy pulp, with a sweet fruity scent of lychee, flowers, and honey. Previously 70% of the cacaofruit was thrown away after the seeds (or better known as the cocoa beans) were harvested. Thanks to the upcycled revolution, the complete cacaofruit is now crafted into 100% pure and nutritious ingredients.
