1. Prepare a chocolate ganache by dissolving 100 g VH Ground Dark Chocolate in 100 g hot water (93-96°C) and pour into a squeezable bottle. 2. Mix 85 g VH Ground Dark Chocolate ganache with 70 g oat milk, 180 g dairy free vanilla ice cream and 20 g mint infusion in a blender. 3. Pour into a glass and decorate with Mona Lisa dark chocolate curved shavings and mint leaves.
