Matices blancos - Navidades
Paso a paso:
  • Crea tus formas con moldes (por ejemplo, utiliza un molde de bolas de navidad partidas por la mitad para que parezcan iglús) y congélalas.
  • Prepara una mezcla de color blanco para la pistola pulverizadora, utilizando chocolate blanco, manteca de cacao y Power Flowers™ blanco
  • Crea una losa fina de chocolate blanco y recorta formas geométricas. Servirán de base para el iglú.
  • Guárdala en el congelador durante unos 15 minutos.
  • Monta los iglús helados sobre una base geométrica y vuelve a guardar en el congelador inmediatamente.
  • Antes de servir/vender: pulveriza los iglús congelados con la mezcla de manteca de cacao/chocolate.
  • Decora con Crujiente Plateado y con una Estrella de Navidad Roja.
