Barry Callebaut has been measuring its organizational carbon footprint since 2016, in order to reach its Forever Chocolate target to go beyond neutrality and have a positive carbon impact. We’ve recently updated the calculation behind product carbon footprints, and now you too can have a more accurate view of the footprint of your chocolate. Knowing your impact is the first step in reducing it.
