Shades of Red - Xmas
How to create
  • Prepare a red colored cocoa butter mix using Power Flowers™ Red.
  • Store the cups in the blast freezer for 15 minutes. Spray Dark Chocolate Rectangle Cups with the cocoa butter mix to create a red, velvet effect.
  • Fill with beetroot flavored chocolate sponge and crème chantilly.
  • Finish with Snowy Santa Assortment decorations.
