L’artista Jackson Pollock ha rivoluzionato l’arte con i suoi spruzzi di colore dalla composizione curata. La sua energia grezza e folle mi ha ispirato nella presentazione di questo dessert. La cosa bella è che non ci saranno mai due dessert uguali: ognuno sarà unico.
Come si crea
  • Schizzare e spruzzare liberamente la glassa al cioccolato su un piatto.
  • Con un sac a poche, disporre sul piatto consistenze come mousse al cioccolato, cremosi e gelatine.
  • Sullo schizzo più grande, disporre cubi di ganache spolverizzati con cacao in polvere.
  • Appuntire la superficie delle matite grandi in cioccolato fondente e delle tagliatelle al cioccolato. Spolverizzarle con cacao in polvere.
  • Disporle sul dessert.
