Victoria Gazzo, Chief People & Culture Officer

Victoria Gazzo was appointed Chief People & Culture Officer on September 1, 2025. She joined the company in 2015 as Data Management & Workforce Analytics Lead and has since held several key leadership roles in Human Resources, including Global Head of Recruiting & Talent Attraction, Vice President of Staffing, HR Analytics & Technology, and most recently Vice President HR for Global Cocoa and Central & Eastern Europe. Throughout her career, Victoria has driven strategic and digital HR transformation, with a strong emphasis on talent attraction and development, as well as data-driven workforce planning.


Before joining Barry Callebaut, she held HR and analytical positions at Panalpina, EHL, and Tenaris, gaining international experience in Argentina, Russia, and Switzerland. Victoria holds an Executive MBA from EHL and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires.
