The Caterpillar Frappé

재료 준비
  • 100ml
    water mixed with 50 ml tahini paste
  • 2-5조각
    Ice cubes
  • 20ml
    pistachio syrup
  • 150ml
    크림

1. Mix the water with the Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate and stir.

2. Pour into a blender.

3. Add tahini mix to the blender together with the ice cubes and blend.'

4. Pour into a cup.

5. Whip the pistachio syrup with the cream. Syphon on top.

6. Put under a dome and fill with hot air.

7. Remove the dome. Chop the pistachio nuts and add the sesame seeds. Sprinkle on top.
