    pasta pistacjowa
  • 4cl
    Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate ganache
  • 30cl
    pomegranate juice
  • g
    Ice cubes

1. The day before: Melt the pistachio paste and the hot pomegranate juice together. And cool in the fridge overnight.

2.  Filter the mix through a paper filter.

3.  Pour the mix in a mixing glass with ice. And add the Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate ganache. Stir.

4.  Put into a nitro siphon with a CO2 charger.

5. Serve on ice.

Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate ganache

1. Pour the hot water in a plastic bowl.

2. Add Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate and stir gently.

3. Cover the bowl and store in fridge for 12 hours.

4. Take out of the fridge 30-60 minutes before use.

5. Blend with a spatula.

6. Pour into a squeeze bottle and use!
