1. Pour a single espresso shot into a cup.

2. Put the milk and Van Houten Ground Ruby Chocolate into steam jug and steam.

3. Fill a 230ml glass with ice.

4. Pour previous steamed mixture into this glass, then add the espresso shot.

5. Decorate with chocolate-dipped strawberry.
