Our two-day introductory course includes a hands-on experience in our Chicago Chocolate Academy, where you will learn about tempering, baking and creating confections.

Our virtual cocoa course, hosted by our R&D team, includes a delivered-to-you tasting kit. Each seminar focuses on one of three main cocoa applications: beverage, ice cream, or bakery.
