Artist Jackson Pollock revolutionised art with his carefully composed splashes of paint. His mad and raw energy inspired me for this dessert presentation. The nice thing is that no two desserts will ever be the same. Each one is unique.
How to create
- Freely drizzle and splash a chocolate glaze onto a plate.
- Pipe textures like chocolate mousses, crémeux and gels onto a plate.
- Arrange ganache cubes powdered with cocoa powder onto the main splash.
- Roughen up the surface of Dark Chocolate Large Pencils and Chocolate Tagliatelli. Dust them with cocoa powder.
- Arrange them on top of the dessert.
