Smok’d Ginger

材料 下ごしらえ
  • 4ml
    Van Houten Ground Milk Chocolate ganache
  • 130ml
    Whole milk
  • 2ml
    Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1ml
    Fresh ginger root juice
  • 1ピース
    Large ice cube
  • 1ピース
    Black pepper twist

1. Heat the milk and melt the Van Houten Ground Milk Chocolate ganache into the hot milk.

2. Mix the lime juice and the ginger root juice together.

3. Pour the hot chocolate mixture onto the juices, to separate the milk from the juice.

4. Filter into a dripper for 30 minutes.

5. Put the large ice cube into a glass, poor the drink over the ice cube and add a black pepper twist. Serve.

Van Houten Ground Milk Chocolate ganache

材料 下ごしらえ

1. Pour the hot water in a plastic bowl.

2. Add Van Houten Ground Milk Chocolate and stir gently.

3. Cover the bowl and store in fridge for 12 hours.

4. Take out of the fridge 30-60 minutes before use.

5. Blend with a spatula.

6. Pour into a squeeze bottle and use!
